If you’re dealing with pain or injury, I start with a thorough evaluation of your motion, strength, and general movement patterns, after which I will let you know what I found & what I believe the most effective plan will be for you to get you out of pain and back to doing what you love! Typically I start you with regaining full motion, then stability, and lastly performance geared exercises and activities for return to sport!
No matter how recent or long it’s been since your injury, there is ALWAYS something we can do to get you improvement. Also – I will not force you to work through high levels of pain to heal from injury – no pain no gain does NOT apply to injuries and PT does NOT stand for Pain and Torture!
Outside of pain and injuries, I also offer coaching for proper lifting form and mobility work. In other words – you don’t have to be in pain or have an injury to seek help from me!
I also work with all variety of sports – crossfit, jiu jitsu, muay thai, powerlifting, olympic lifting, and the everyday athlete. You don’t have to participate in any of those sports to get help, I can help you regardless 🙂

Yes! I offer hybrid services, meaning both in-person and online services so if you’re looking for one in particular you can schedule a call and discuss the best option for you.
For online appointments I use Google Meet and we will go through a full movement screen to find any issues in your movement patterns, assess any specific joints you are having problems with, and go over which exercises we will use to fix your problems! You will also receive a comprehensive rehab program via google docs or TrainHeroic pending which rehab route you choose.

Not in Washington you don’t. We are a “Direct Access” state, meaning you can go to a physical therapist without a referral from your doctor.

It always depends. I have patients that come see me because they just need some information on how to help their body heal and they want to take it from there. Some people are in high levels of pain and need to see me up to 2x/week before tapering down to seeing me 1x/week or every couple weeks. What I can assure you is that during your evaluation, I will have a discussion with you about what I found and how long your body will need to fully heal. Following this, and taking into consideration your schedule, your finances, your goals and desires for care, together we’ll find a plan that works for you!

Comfortable clothing that allows me to see and examine the area and surrounding areas of concern. For example, if you are coming in for…
Knee pain: don’t wear tight leggings that don’t allow you to roll them up to your mid-thigh. Shorts or loose leggings would be perfect.
Shoulder pain: T-shirt for males and females. Females, please wear a sports bra underneath your T-shirt if possible.
Hip Pain: Same as knee pain, shorts, or loose pants/leggings.
Back Pain: Comfortable clothing that can be rolled up or adjusted so that the therapist can examine the area of concern.
